Learning the strengths of Hive Members

During our Dyslexia Spotlight, we talked with community member Laurene about her dyslexic strengths and how she uses them as a recruiter!

We had three key lessons learned:

1. We see the details of a situation way before others do, which makes us fantastic planners.

2. Connecting the dots comes naturally; We see patterns/solutions before others.

3. We are flexible thinkers (within reason) and can switch from one task to another more effortless than others.
